City Challenge: Team development Programmes
Overview
This programme offers an action-packed team
and personal development adventure situated on
your business' doorstep and run in locations at the heart of cities
and historic towns across the UK (London, Chester, Manchester, Birmingham,
Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol). The programme has
been designed to engage
employees in team enhancement techniques, improving
their impact in individual and organisational effectiveness.
Have you ever asked yourself these questions about the teams in your
business?
- What improvements are required for them to reach another
level?
- How do they perform and are they achieving
optimum results?
- Are team members aware of each other's qualities?
- What do we need to do NOW to achieve better
results?
The answers to these questions and, more importantly, the solutions
are set within the programme, which offers a fun-packed and very
challenging opportunity to enhance
team performance and take part in
a team development programme that works - without
having to travel long distances.

approach.
- Support their colleagues to promote active
team membership and role sharing.

or failure can be measured.
