These programmes are designed to achieve the client's defined team needs and objectives and are run at the location best suited to deliver the event. Whatever the duration of the programme, the emphasis is always on understanding, learning and growth of the individual, team and organisation. All activity undertaken is paralleled to workplace requirements and is built on the following key elements: trust, feeling valued, involvement, communication, personal growth and improving performance.

A key component inherent within these programmes are the concepts of 'TEAM TIME' and ‘Get2GripsWith….getting the job done’, which provide attendees with crucial non-negotiable components that will ensure they transfer the learning back into the workplace and future work projects are completed successfully.
