It is where a business’ specific learning index is assemble from over 700 online courses supplied by the UK’s key e-learning providers, to enable companies to face the challenges of their organisational, department, learning centre or individual needs

The Solution

‘g2g with…. courses for you’ has been created to increase accessibility to the provision of online learning. We believe by taking away the complexities of setting up and running online learning for a business, we are letting them take control of their learning provision; allowing organisations to concentrate on meeting internal and external customer needs.

Setting up an index

We work with the client to identify appropriate learning content from the ‘g2g with…. courses for you’ database. When the client is happy with the e-learning programmes chosen, we create and setup a branded index reflecting the organisation’s colours and insignia. Set up and site creation costs £1000. An annual hosting, maintenance and ongoing support fee of £250 is paid on the anniversary of the site set up

Pay-as-you-go

Funds are deposited against the chosen learning and top ups are made in £500 increments paid in advance (like a mobile phone card). Each title is accessed at a per user cost, which is then debited against the deposited funds. Once the balance has dropped below an agreed amount notification is issued that the account requires a top up. Therefore, there is no need to pay for learning that is not required.

Depositing funds against account

The service shall only commence when funds have been received by ‘g2g with…. courses for you’ and deposited in your account. The initial setup fee and or the funds against learning are paid directly to Reach Another Level Ltd. ‘G2g with…. courses for you’ will take care of, and be responsible for, all technical aspects of the branded e-learning index. The service is not restricted by time only the balance of funds on account.

Statistics

An administrator, can access usage statistics through a secure online facility to identify progress and produce feedback reports. They can also access other online content available within the ‘g2g with…. courses for you’ database, by either adding to the current index of titles or substituting titles for other online titles at no extra cost.
