  'Do you think you have what it takes to survive and become the 'Dragons Apprentice'? Many like you have tried and failed, why should you be any different?

  Can you create a product that wins over the support of our 'Den' masters and achieve their backing. They are a tough bunch to please and you don't want to make them angry. Then working as you have never done before try to outperform your opposition. The 'Dragons' only like winners, and to be chosen as the 'Apprentice' will be what everybody is hoping for.

  We have all seen the celebrities on the TV in the jungle and said I could do that, well can you? Have you got what it takes to survive and be successful in the challenges we have lined up for you? We cannot guarantee each meal will consist of 5 courses and I believe crickets taste nice this time of the year, however, lets leave judgement on that to the person undertaking that particular challenge.

  The 'I'm and employee' challenges vary from physical to mental and even some in between. Each challenge is designed to stretch those taking part not terrify them, we keep the atmosphere nice, tension high and what's around the next corner secret.

  Getting out of the office for a day and letting your hair down is sometimes the best tonic and pick me up for any team, all work and no play is not good for anybody. Release the energy, enthusiasm and sparkle we need to get the best out of us all on this thrilling and exhilarating team building day.

  Polish up your dancing shoes and join in the fun with sessions in: Hip-Hop Dance, try out some of the easier break dancing moves or high energy jazz. Don't worry as they say 'it's just for fun'. Salsa and the pulse of Latin music, learn the dynamic dance moves from this Cuban-inspired dance genre, and finally, find your feet with a Tap Dance, this lively, rhythmic style of toe-tapping fun.

  Christmas is almost upon us and the clock is ticking, everyone is getting excited and plans are in full swing. But its not all good news, disaster has struck and Santa has had a catastrophe. One of his elves has hidden all the presents and if Santa doesn't find them Christmas will have to be cancelled.

  We are desperately looking for somebody to save the day, find all the presents and make Santa and all the children happy. It will take somebody with amazing powers and skills, who knows lots of other special people to find all the presents, which may be protected by secret charms

  Have you ever fancied staring in a West End musical? Well now is your chance. We have created a fantastic two day programme that culminates in the delivery of your very own musical on the stage at Saddlers Wells in the heart of London. You will, using original musical scores, learn, direct and deliver your very own performance in front of an audience of adoring fans.

  To achieve success in this fantastic 2 day team building event your team will have to be on its best behaviour and heighted 'fun level' as this will be a blast from start to finish. You will not only be creating the performance of a lifetime you will also create a memory for a lifetime, and what better way to develop teamwork than sharing in an experience where everybody is involved in creating success.

• Team Time in the Community

  

  How many team building events have you attended and had a great time, took lots of pictures and brought back lots of memories. However, how many of you have come back from a team building event and felt like you have made a real difference and achieved something very special. 'Team time in the community' is a fantastic team building event that provides teams with the opportunity to do something special and make a difference that really counts.

  One team organised a fantastic Christmas party for 70 pensioners, it was brilliant; Father Christmas, food, presents, children's school choir, decorations, in fact it had everything. Oh I nearly forgot to mention they only found out about it at lunchtime the day before when the postman arrived.

  We discuss what it is you are looking to get involved with and then work with local organisations to develop a team building project that is right for your team and location. All you have to do is turn up and bring everything to life. It is a fantastic team building event that everyone benefits from.

• Office Olympics

  

  Teams/individuals compete in a series of fun challenges to find the best Olympian. The competition tests each person / team on their ability, imagination, and all round competitiveness. Only the best can win (but not at all costs).

  A great day for all, fun, action and memories, what more could you want in your own workplace. The only thing you need to supply is the people and some space for the action.

  The activities included are dependant upon space available, these can include:
