Reach Another Level provide organisations with professional business training courses specifically designed for companies who want their staff to become high performers and competent in all aspects of their jobs. You can select programmes from our 'get2grips with ...' range or from one of our qualification options via NVQs or the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

For those of you who are looking to deliver training to large groups, we have established a delivery mechanism using Forum Theatre. We work closely with clients to create a bespoke programme and then deliver it through the use of actors. See the example below under Safeguarding Adults.

• ILM International Management Qualification (IMQ)

  

  The ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) IMQ (International Management Qualification) Introductory Diploma in Management is a qualification specifically designed for overseas candidates. It aims to give participants the comprehensive range of skills and knowledge required by middle managers across all employment sectors. This qualification is especially suited to managers with accountability for the performance of other managers that report to them.

  Employers are looking to appoint young people who have a head start and something more to offer when appointing new employees into their business. This programme provides young people with the opportunity to acquire the skills and experience needed to secure and maintain the career they want and deserve.

  This ILM qualification has been created for all young people age 14 - 19, it is suitable for NEETs and other non-engaged groups. Each successful participant receives a team working accreditation, and for those who excel during the programme we also offer the opportunity for further development and an ILM qualification in leading teams.

• Safeguarding adults and Mental Capacity Act (Forum Theatre)

  

  We all have the right to live our lives free from abuse - To help deliver the critical and important detail within the legislation covering Safeguarding Adults and the Mental Capacity Act, our team have developed two Forum Theatre productions to get the key messages across.   It is recognised that certain groups of people may be more likely to experience abuse and less able to access services or support to keep themselves safe. One such group is people with community care needs. This group may include people with:-

  • a learning / physical / sensory disability
  • mental ill health or dementia
  • frailty due to age
  • acquired brain injury
  • a drug / alcohol problem
  • certain types of physical illness

  Abuse can be perpetrated by anyone - relatives, partners, friends, care workers, or strangers - and can happen anywhere.

  We can deliver both workshops as integrated modules or stand alone units. Contact us for further details. This Forum Theatre approach can be used to deliver any subject material to large groups.
