Bespoke training programmes can last from a day up a couple of years dependant upon their scope and the client’s need.
Our initial discussions concentrate on the current 'AS-IS' situation and the future 'TO-BE' target. Once we understand these we develop then deliver the training to close the performance gap.

Developed and delivered an L&D and OD programme into DVLA that exceeded set goals and targets. Responsibilities included: training workshop delivery, project facilitation, employee engagement, soft skills and leadership coaching / mentoring, creating a high performance ‘service delivery’ team culture, delivering all scoped interventions.
This led to a continuous improvement culture being created and enhanced service delivery for both internal and external customers, achieving a 23% productivity gain.
Delivering a leadership development programme across BT's 9000 management population. The project focuses on: the Why, What and How components of the organisation - enhancing the organisations performance, resilience and capability.
Components include: creating a coaching culture, creating brilliant teams, delivering enhanced customer service and operational capability, delivering change and organisational transition, commercial awareness.
Developed and delivered a behavioural change programme into an organisation, which was experiencing significant issues as a result of individual's leadership styles and approaches. On completion a significant improvement in morale, personal ownership for individual’s behaviour and removal of conflict was achieved.
Results included instant feedback from their client (Chevron) seeking to establish what had happened to make such a noticeable difference so quickly.
Created and delivered a training programme into BP Shipping that equipped their senior management sea staff with the skills to deliver an increase in performance across their Global fleet organisation.
Focus during the programme was on: assessment and feedback, enhance career/talent development, create a continuous L&D improvement process and building a robust succession planning pipeline / career framework. L&D programmes delivered in UK, India, Singapore and USA.
Developed and delivered a risk management strategy and technical L&D program into organisations to reduce the number of commercial vehicle accidents across UK operations.
The project was developed to challenge the way organisations investigated, recorded and actioned accident information in line with Ministry of Justice Parameters. We partnered with IM Marsh and Aviva to create and deliver the programme which is rolling out into other fleet operations through proactive action from Aviva.
